Job title: Project manager 

Reporting to: Contract Management Team Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Make customers’ satisfaction and project profitability
  • Execute project successfully by meeting scope, specification compliance and schedule
  • Control and monitor projects efficiently including risk management

Detailed Responsibilities

1.Project Management execution

  • Have responsibility about the good execution of the projects.
  • Guarantee the compliance globally with the terms and conditions of the contract.

2. Project budget and profitability

  • Be responsible of the project profitability by permanently monitoring and controlling the expenses.
  • Drive appropriates actions to comply with the budgets and to improve the Gross Margin and CCO.

3. Risk Management

  • Have responsibility for the Risk management of the projects.
  • Regularly update the risk analysis with the project team and find solutions to eliminate or mitigate the risks.

4. Project scheduling

  • Have responsibility for project planning construction and updating.
  • Organize and conduct meetings related to the development and updating of planning.

5. Invoicing and receivables

  • Execute the project invoicing according to the contractual invoicing plan and internal rules.
  • Be responsible for the regular invoicing plan updating and receivables recovery.
  • Drive, in cooperation with dedicated organization, all the appropriate actions to recover the receivables.

6. Customer relationship

  • Maintain permanently a high performing customer relationship and manage a pro-active recurrent and positive communication.
  • Produce a progress repost for the customers and evaluate the level of satisfaction according to the project customer policy.
  • Take appropriate actions to improve the customer satisfaction if needed.

7.Reporting

  • Support the reporting of the project under the internal rules PEC

Requirements:

1.Education:

  • University degrees – Electrical Engineer, Automation or Industrial Controls

2.Working experience:

  • 5–8 years related experience in project management and/or Contract management

3. Business understanding:

  • Good understanding of industry & infrastructure markets
  • Good understanding of MV/LV markets

4. Other skills and abilities:

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer satisfaction oriented & quality assurance oriented
  • Supervisory skill and team work building
  • Good spoken & written English (TOEIC > 750)
