Job description:

• The Roles:
• Responsible for project quality and timeline management
• Responsible for Budget and Cost Effectiveness
• Team management and business development
• Expand business for public/platform offshore business
• Build the team and manage up to 40 members
• Key Responsibilities: + Management:
• Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development.
• Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership.
• Manage the project estimations
• Negotiation with customers
• Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring  that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality.

+ Technical:

• Leads teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized utility programs / network and/or hardware environment that will enhance the organization's/clients’ ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.

• Develop business continuity plan and framework

Job Requirements:

• Experience (Requirement):
• Minimum of 10 working experience years, at least 5 years at Project Manager
• Experience of project management up to 30 members
• Japanese proficiency and English communication (Speaking & Writing)
• Experience in software outsourcing company, used to work with Japan client and market
• Project Management Timeline
• Project Quality Management
• Manage and build team
