Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Controller

Report : CFO  

Accountabilities:

Providing action-oriented business information to assist the management team in making the right operational and financial decisions.

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports reflecting all business units’ financial performance
• Analysis of financial performance against key business metrics and report financial highlights
• Support management for monthly and quarterly business performance analysis and reviews
• Involve to drive profitable and growth in solution business thru key project monitoring and reviews
• Initiate and lead the analysis of quarterly planning and forecasting to ensure assumptions are realistic and consistent with the objectives and target
• Financial modeling to support projections and target setting
• Improve the quality of management reports

Monthly Financial Reports

• Monthly interacts with accounting department to provide analysis of key variances of P&L items at entity level and country consolidation level with clear explanations for variances.

Quarterly/Annually Forecasts

Monthly Project Analysis

• Pricing
• SPA and all discount (early payment, etc) vs standard selling price
• Incentive/Bonus
• Transfer Pricing calculation and review
• Costing Sheet review including risk analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years holding finance analysis and accounting management position in a multinational organization.
• Excellent in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint
• SAP experience or similar software
• Proven ability to communicate with management across all functions
• Preferable having work experience in management accounting function
• Experience in project financial controlling in project business will be an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting (ACCA, MBA or CPA a plus)
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be able to communicate fluently
• Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
