Title: Operational Engineer

Salary: 700 -1,400

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality through quality system
• Drive Quality improvement – materials, process, product, system
• Ensures clear and standardized quality criteria are established
• Support in handling Audits
• Address customer satisfaction
• Liaise with Strategic Quality Management on company-wide procedures and systems
• Provide the necessary support to production in the achievement of high labor productivity, efficiency and quality production.
• Able to identify waste and initiate projects to eliminate waste to maximize customer value

Requirements:

• Graduated from University in electronic/electrical/mechanical
• At least 04 years working experience in electronic manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of improvement process, Lean, QA department.,(SPC techniques , FMEA, ISO9000 quality system )
• Good knowledge of 5S methodology and Kanban
• Good Problem solving, communication and analytical skills
